Hi, my name is Jackson, aka Bean. I am going on a four month trip around America because my dad is retired from the Army. I'm going to be living in a 19 ft. camper. On this trip I hope we get to visit lots of museums and historical sites. And most of all I want to dig for dinosaurs and see Mesa Verde.
It's kind of sad to leave because I'm not going to see my friends for a long time. But I'm still happy because I get to see a lot of cool places.
The purpose of this blog is to stay in touch with my teachers and classmates. I want to keep up on my school work and ask cool questions. I also want to stay in touch with family and friends.
I hope you enjoy reading about my trip. I'll write more later.
Bean
Hi Beaners,
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a wonderful time! We miss you but know that you are off on a thrilling adventure. A little birdie told me that Carl, the paleontologist at the museum you visited was very impressed with your knowledge on dinosaurs. Good for you Jackson Bean!
Don't forget to be reading EVERY night! Say hello to your folks and to Sprout too. So long for now....Ms. G.
Hi Jackson, thanks for the interesting blog! Keep up the good work, I like reading about your adventures! -Bert
ReplyDeleteGood day Bean,
ReplyDeleteI am so excited for your great adventure. We put up a bulletin board up in the room with a map of the United States and your picture. We will be following your travels. Ms. Godin told me about your very cool sneak peek at a leaf eating dinosaur exhibit. AWESOME!
Everyone sure does miss you! I look forward to seeing pictures and hearing all about the wonderful places you will see. Tell mom and dad and Sprout I said hello.
Toots,
Mrs. Palermo

It's a rainy, foggy day in Vermont. Dan is 64 years old today and we're going out for dinner tonight. Enjoy this wonderful country. There's so much to see and learn about. Maybe stop at Kitty Hawk on the outer banks where the Wright brothers flew the first plane. MJ
ReplyDeleteIt was so great to have you in Richmond for a few days. I am really enjoying your blog and that of Sprout. I am re-living some of my cross country trips as I read your entries. Keep up the good work. Mesa Verde was one of my favorite places, too, and I know you will love it.
